"My first thought when returning back home to Fairbanks, I was making sure I had proper car insurance since the insurance carrier I had from Missouri did not cover Alaska. I had no second thoughts in coming BACK to State Farm insurance, Matthew Raymond office on Geist. Casey MacCheyne , welcomed me and became my insurance rep. He is very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything in my initial policy set up. His follow-through was just tremendous! I’ve never had that happen to me and actually great timing that my safe n drive beacon came in. I brought that in with me and we properly set it up and he answered my questions quite easily regarding the use of the beacon and the app correlation. I have water damage to the front of my house and it’s not covered under my premium, after owning a house for 10 years and paying home insurance for 10 years, you would think it would cover water damage…. So odd. They told me I could submit a claim but it would likely be declined, but also included the fact it would likely raise my home insurance if I submit a claim (even if it is declined)."
